The ideal candidate for this pivotal role is an information security expert who has consistently demonstrated their ability to effectively manage and maintain the security of information systems. In addition to being a proficient problem-solver, this individual is known for their self-motivation and stands out as a proactive leader capable of fostering productive collaboration within cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities for this position are:
As a Senior ISSO at Daakyi, you will lead and oversee the security and compliance of our information systems. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the security of information systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Overseeing security assessments, audits, and vulnerability assessments.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions and controls.
- Staying up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
Providing guidance on security best practices and risk management.
What you need to know:
The ideal candidate should have an in-depth understanding of information security principles, practices, and compliance requirements. Staying current with the latest security technologies and trends is crucial.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
5-7 years of professional experience in information security.
Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
