Responsibilities for this position are:
As a Vulnerability Assessment Engineer, you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our systems by identifying and addressing vulnerabilities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough vulnerability assessments on systems and networks.
- Identifying security weaknesses and providing actionable recommendations for mitigation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement security solutions and controls.
- Staying current with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends.
- Contributing to the development of security policies and best practices.
What you need to know:
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of vulnerability assessment methodologies and tools. Staying informed about the latest cybersecurity developments is crucial to excel in this role.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related field.
3-5 years of professional experience in vulnerability assessment.
Relevant industry certifications such as CEH or CVE.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
