Summary
Provide information security expertise to system teams, track and remediate weaknesses, and keep security plans and authorization documentation current.
Responsibilities
- Provide information security expertise to system development teams.
- Document, report, track and remediate vulnerabilities and policy deviations on a Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M).
- Follow control guidance including NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-63.
- Review information system documentation at least monthly.
- Keep security plans and authorization documentation current.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of applicable professional experience.
- Experience with ATO processes, continuous monitoring, NIST 800-37 and NIST 800-53.
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government clearance.
